The Role
As a Business Relationship Manager within Blundstones Sales Division you will play a critical role in driving the performance and growth of our international distributed markets. Reporting to the International Sales Manager you will be accountable for strengthening commercial outcomes by leading strategic relationships with appointed distributors across your allocated global regions.
You will champion market execution by working closely with distributors to ensure robust market penetration plans highquality brand representation and the delivery of agreed commercial and contractual commitments. A key part of your remit will include identifying and assessing new market opportunities evaluating potential distributor partnerships and supporting the appointment and onboarding of new partners.
In this role you will collaborate extensively with our Brand Design and Consumer Engagement teams to activate global ranging strategies elevate brand positioning and support inmarket execution. You will maintain deep market intelligence delivering accurate sales forecasts insights into purchasing patterns and timely advice to inform strategic business decisions.
The position involves significant international travel typically 8090 nights per year undertaken in structured blocks to effectively support distributor engagement and regional planning.

Resilient organised and self-motivated you are comfortable with frequent international travel and the pace of a global business. You bring the energy relationship discipline and commercial awareness required to contribute meaningfully to our growth in distributed markets.
