Family Solicitor
Salary:(DOE) Bonus
Location: Lancaster (Hybrid Working Supported)
Experience: 15 years PQE (Family Law)

The Opportunity
Manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters including divorce finances and children work
Advise high-net-worth and private clients on complex family law issues
Attend court mediations and client meetings preparing detailed notes as required
Draft legal documents correspondence and court applications
Progress client work efficiently keeping clients informed on progress outcomes and costs
Achieve billing and time-recording targets supporting the teams objectives
Contribute to business development through networking and building local relationships
Work collaboratively within a friendly expert team
What Were Looking For
Qualified solicitor with 15 years PQE in family law
Experience acting for privately funded and HNW clients
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent IT organisation and planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to business development
Leadership skills and experience with SOS case management system (desirable)
