Job Summary

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Manchester is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Family Support Officer to join its pastoral and safeguarding team. The Role

Acting as a point of contact for families requiring additional support
Supporting safeguarding and early help referrals
Coordinating multi-agency meetings and documenting action plans
Supporting attendance improvement strategies
Conducting home visits where appropriate
Running parent workshops and engagement initiatives

The role requires sensitivity discretion and a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
