Summary
- The Senior Family Engagement Officer plays a crucial role in engaging families as they enter the service fostering positive relationships with parents carers and visitors both at the center and within the community. This position is responsible for day-to-day front-of-house management reception duties administrative support and ensuring families have access to the full range of services offered in the locality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support families entering the service ensuring they feel comfortable included and informed.
- Build positive working relationships with families to enhance community engagement and development.
- Manage enquiries via phone email and face-to-face directing families to childcare health benefits and financial support.
- Collect regular feedback from center users and report outcomes to the Centre Coordinator.

- Working hours: 36 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Fully on-site (no hybrid working)
- Enhanced DBS & barred list check (Child & adult) required.
- Bi-weekly payment schedule
