Were inviting expressions of interest from experienced Risk and Security Managers looking to join Scentre Group across the Sydney metropolitan area.
As Risk and Security Manager youll step into a key leadership role within our customer experience team where your impact will be felt daily. Youll lead the security and risk function for the centre safeguarding the wellbeing of our employees contractors retailers and customers.
This isnt just about operational oversight its about creating a safe welcoming environment where people feel confident and secure. Youll be the go-to expert working closely with stakeholders across the centre driving proactive risk mitigation strategies and ensuring were always a step ahead.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
As a part of our asset team you will also have Duty Management responsibilities where you will be required to work a weekend shift (on a roster) which will be balanced with a day off in lieu.
