Your role as an HR Manager:
You will be responsible for leading the people strategy and overseeing all core HR functions to support business objectives. Partner with senior management leaders on workforce planning employee relations and organizational development and ensure compliance with HR practices while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
- strategy.
- Manage the recruitment selection onboarding of internal staff and employee relations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage and oversee employee benefits programs payroll and performance management systems.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure the effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and tailored solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance of the candidate database and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Attend management meetings both within and outside the country.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients and ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition and Operations team to identify opportunities for expanding client services.

Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Administration or other relevant fields (Masters preferred).
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM CIPD PHRi or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years work experience 3 of which have been in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience working with HRIS systems data analytics performance systems and ATS and payroll coordination.
- Strategic leadership and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel Word and PowerPoint) and HR Management software.
