Reports To: Head of Construction
Role Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale residential developments from project inception through to handover. The role ensures projects are completed within aggressive timelines approved budgets and required quality standards while maintaining full compliance with contractual environmental and safety regulations.
Reporting to the Head of Construction the position provides technical leadership drives operational excellence on site manages risk and ensures disciplined project execution across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities across assigned project site(s).
- Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings specifications timelines and budgets.
- Supervise contractors subcontractors and internal teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Implement international construction best practices and enforce HSE compliance.
Requirements
- Qualification in any related construction program with affiliations to a professional body or professional Certification
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role with a construction projects portfolio.
