JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings screening and interviews coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and staff orientation.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
ACCOUNTING
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Maintain financial records and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR Accounting Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
