What Youll Be Doing
- Meet clients in their homes for scheduled consultations
- Assess needs measure spaces and recommend custom solutions
- Guide customers confidently through the buying decision
- Manage your appointments and follow-ups with operational support behind you
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience
- This is a professional consultative role focused on service trust and results.
Schedule & Work Style
- Field-based role (no desk-bound work)
- Appointments are scheduled and geographically planned
- Autonomy in the field with strong back-end support
- If you prefer structured independence owning your day without being on your own this role is a strong fit.
Compensation & Training
- $1500 per week commission during 12-week training
- Transition to commission-based earnings with consistent income opportunity
- Paid in-person training at our Denver HQ (Feb)
- Gain Share Program participation
- Monthly bonus opportunities tied to customer experience

- Proven sales performers (top 1020% awards or documented success)
- Professionals comfortable meeting clients in their homes
- Strong communication organization and follow-through
- Backgrounds that translate well:
- In-home or consultative sales
- Real estate or property-related roles
- Luxury retail or client advisory positions
- Home improvement or remodeling sales
Must live within 30 minutes of the Arlington / DC metro area
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
