Role Overview
We are looking for a MID RPA Application Support professional to joina dynamic and international IT environment focused on automation operational excellence agility and time-to-market.
In this role you will support and maintain RPA production environmentsworking closely with infrastructureteams and RPA implementation teams ensuring stabilityefficiency and continuous improvement of automated processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support the setup operation and maintenance of RPArobot environments
Monitorescalate and follow up on RPA production and infrastructureissues
Ensure operationalstability of automation platforms in production
Maintain and continuously improve procedures documentation and runbooks
Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams and RPA delivery teams
Promote bestpractices clear communication and standardized operationalprocesses
Required Technical Skills
3years of experience in Application Support
Broad technicalbackground in enterprise IT environments
Experience or exposure to Automation / RPA platforms(strong plus)
Understanding of production support processes
Experience in the banking or financial services sector(nice to have)
Languages
English Good level (spoken written and reading) Mandatory
French Nice to have
