Key Responsibilities
- Produce and update Workplace Products UX & Adoption documentation using a white-label approach
- Manage the Workplace Adoption Network community including driving monthly meet-ups
- Maintain and evolve the One Workplace Experience platform
- Design and implement feedback loops with users and Workplace representatives
- Ensure internal governance alignment with Product and Product Line Managers
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Advisory Boards and Sounding Boards
- Support entities during Workplace Product deployments (Train-the-Trainer sessions & Change Management coaching)
- Collaborate with IT Support Managers L2/L3 teams and Adoption communities
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for IT Support teams (Roll-out & BAU context)
- Interface with Security Cyber Defense and IAM teams to define and document procedures
- Align with stakeholders to ensure consistency across UX and product adoption initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong functional expertise in Digital Workplace / Workplace Solutions
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- Windows 10/11
- Deep knowledge of User Adoption strategies (UX communication training)
- Experience in creating technical and educational documentation (white-label knowledge base user guides)
- Background in IT community management and internal IT engagement
- Solid understanding of Change Management frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR / ITIL Change)
- Ability to collect and analyze feedback and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes Service Desk operations and escalation workflows
- Experience delivering Train-the-Trainer and IT Support training sessions
- Ability to collaborate with Security IAM and Cyber teams
