Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Business Analyst position! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Position Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in the multi-year implementation of an ERP system upgrade across the organization. This position is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements within various sectors and translating them into actionable deliverables for ERP transformation. This role is hybrid and based in Charlotte NC.

What Youll Be Doing:

Partner with stakeholders cross-functional teams developers and third-party vendors to analyze and document current-state processes and future-state requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to define and refine features and ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate decisions across diverse stakeholder groups with a deep understanding of business domains.
Break down features into user stories and tasks for Agile development.
Identify and communicate risks dependencies and process gaps proactively.
Translate business needs into well-defined User Stories and Tasks with acceptance criteria.
Model future-state business processes in alignment with S/4HANA best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Track deliverables ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
Manage post-implementation feedback and enhancements.
Support end-to-end testing and develop test cases/scripts.
Validate system outputs against business requirements and quality benchmarks.

What Youll Need to Have:

Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis experience especially within ERP implementations or software/digital product environments.
Experience with implementation of ERP systems - SAP modules strongly preferred.
At least 1 year of Agile project experience (Scrum SAFe etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Azure DevOps and Miro is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%)to support project initiatives and collaborate with teams as needed.

Pay Range:$50-$55/hr
