Job Summary
Job Description
As a Business Analyst at Technoviz LLC you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes gathering requirements and developing solutions to enhance our services. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as BRDs FRDs and user stories
- Work with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions
- Provide ongoing support and help optimize business processes
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $54000 to $95000 annually depending on experience and addition we offer competitive benefits package including health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
