Responsibilities:

  • Assist with counterparty setup and maintenanceactivities by gathering required information validating completeness and routing items for review/approval.
  • Help monitor and update internal trackers/queues ensuring requests are logged statuses are current and follow-ups are documented.
  • Perform basic data quality checks(e.g. identifying missing fields inconsistencies duplicates) and escalate exceptions to senior team members.
  • Support process documentationby taking notes updating simple job aids and suggesting clarifications as you learn the workflow.
  • Collaborate with teammatesacross senior and junior levels to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
  • Participate in training and shadowing gradually taking on more ownership as you demonstrate readiness.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base hourly wage for this position will be $25 USD.

What Were Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing aBachelors degree(or recent graduate) in Finance Economics Accounting Business Data/Analytics or a related field completed no later than May 2027.
  • Strongattention to detail organization and a commitment to quality.
  • Interest in financial markets/operations (coursework or student projects are great).
  • Ability to workquickly efficiently and accuratelywith coaching and clear instructions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with others and open to feedback.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook); advanced Excel is a plus but not required.
