Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion

- Supervise and mentor junior engineers to foster their professional growth
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
