Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at Whitaker Networks Inc. you will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs. Your analytical skills will be essential in driving business growth and efficiency within small and medium-sized businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and workflows
Evaluate current systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Create detailed business requirements documentation
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement
Perform cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making
Provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation process
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making

Essential Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration IT or related field
Proven experience in business analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite

Desired Experience:

Knowledge of IT systems and processesli>
Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
Experience with CRM or ERP systems

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $55000 per year
Maximum Salary: $91000 per year
Currency: USD
