Join our prestigious portfolio of award-winning wine estates spanning South Africa and the UK. Were seeking a meticulous self-driven Events & MICE Operations Coordinator to manage event administration and corporate communications for:
Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate (Hermanus SA)
Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens (West Sussex UK)
Leonardslee Wine Estate - home to English Sparkling Wine & Golf
Based in Bellville youll be the administrative backbone of our events business managing everything from enquiry to execution.
What Youll Do
Manage end-to-end administration and logistics for MICE and corporate events at Benguela Cove
Travel to Benguela Cove to coordinate event setup execution and delivery
Provide remote administrative support for UK property events
Respond to MICE corporate and travel agent enquiries across all properties
Design and implement email cadence systems and CRM tracking
Build relationships with travel agents DMCs and corporate buyers
Create efficient systems for enquiry tracking and event administration
Assist with trade show preparation materials and post-show follow-up
Provide executive support to senior leadership as required
Youre Our Ideal Candidate
Essential:
Strong background in event logistics and property/hospitality administration
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to Benguela Cove for events
Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset
Self-motivated proactive self-starter with strong work ethic
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus
Luxury hospitality or wine tourism experience
Knowledge of UK/SA tourism markets
Travel agent relationship management
Working Arrangements
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible to accommodate UK time zones when required)
Location: Bellville office with regular travel to Benguela Cove for event coordination
Requirements: Valid drivers license essential
