About the Opportunity:
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Organic Harvesting Supervisor responsible to supervise the organic harvesting department. What You Will Need:
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees.
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be knowledgeable of company policies.
- Ability to travel to Coachella Valley five (5) months out of the year required.
- Must have a valid Drivers License with clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Ability to troubleshoot harvesting equipment preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in organic harvesting preferred.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlook preferred.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish with ability to speak read and write in both preferred.
- Supervisory or equivalent experience preferred.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $70304 - $80000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
