Job Title: RN House Supervisor

Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing and clinical operations across hospital units during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and make real-time staffing adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a resource and support for nursing staff in complex clinical situations.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations and critical incidents.
- Facilitate patient flow admissions transfers and discharges.
- Address patient family and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor bed management and census to optimize capacity.
- Collaborate with department managers and physicians to maintain quality care standards.
