The opportunity : Senior Consultant-National-SaT-SaT - S&E - Deal Management - Mumbai

SaT - S&E - Deal Management :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic financial operational and commercial questions. We help corporates private equity governments sovereign wealth funds private and family businesses and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support we have the people analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Whether clients are preserving optimizing raising or investing our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) are our five go-to-market offerings that help drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decision-making. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Preferably from Transactions / IT Advisory background: ideally due diligence carve-out or integrations experience; or a deep understanding of core aspects of a typical IT function.
• Project work must include (preferably 2 projects) management of IT program office of a large implementation of ERP systems preferably SAP Oracle EBS MS Dynamics etc.
• Ability to understand As-Is IT landscape and provide deep insights on current processes people and technology.
• Experience of managing IT and Business Projects and should have Programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large complex programmes.
• Experience of working across industry verticals (eg. Financial Services Retail Mfg. etc.)
• Flexible with working locations the ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• MBA / CA / MS in relevant engineering disciplines (BE BTech) with 2-4 years ofexperience. PMP Prince 2 ERP Certification such as from SAP Oracle etc. Experience with global management consultancy or boutique firm or relevant industrysegment Prior Big-4 experience is preferred

Experience

• Ideally youll also have Strong commcommunication facilitat ion relationship relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills. Be h ighly flexible adaptable and creative. Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) Strong leadership skills and supervisor y re responsibility.
