Summary: In the role of Program or Project Management Representative a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs projects or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools methodologies and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered monitored and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful project execution and service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and escalate issues when necessary.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency Full Stack Development.- Strong experience in developing and maintaining web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.- Ability to design develop and deploy scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques to support application functionality.- Experience in troubleshooting debugging and optimizing application performance.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
