Job Summary
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Full-Time UV Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an automated UV finishing line. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 6 or more employees coordinating production schedules maintaining quality standards and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on leader who is comfortable working with industrial machinery and thrives in a production-driven setting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety productivity and consistent output while meeting company standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the automated UV finishing line
- Lead train and manage a team of 6 production employees
- Ensure production schedules and output targets are met efficiently
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Troubleshoot basic machinery and workflow issues to minimize downtime
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment
- Communicate production goals expectations and performance feedback to staff
- Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to optimize line
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Comfortable working hands-on with machinery and automated equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
