SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic financial operational and commercial questions. We help corporates private equity governments sovereign wealth funds private and family businesses and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support we have the people analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Skills required: Strong understanding of cash flows profitability and working capital metrics with the ability to articulate potential impact of operational improvements on a companys financial statements. Strong numerical / analytical ability and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent knowledge in MS Office packages (in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint) BI tools AI tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel and work from client location. Key responsibilities: Assess a companys current processes across commercial finance and operations functions to identify pain points and gaps that are impacting working capital cash flow and profitability. Analyse transactional and operational data to deliver critical insights to clients. Develop strategies and implement measurable improvements to optimize inventory management accounts receivable and accounts payable. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to assess financial and operational performance and recommend actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports and powerpoint presentations for clients summarizing findings and recommendations. Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings. Assisting in identifying opportunity areas for working capital improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in working capital management.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering / Chartered Accountant MBA (from a premier institution);

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting finance or a related field with a focus on working capital optimization; Experience in finance transformation supply chain optimisation or process improvement projects.
