Job Summary
Compliance & Operations Lead
Location: Brooklyn NY (In-Person 4 Days/Week)
Salary: $90000$120000 (depending on experience)
Overview
Join our leadership team as a Compliance & Operations Lead. Youll manage relationships with external consultants and take ownership of critical compliance projects. Youll not only track executionyoull drive it forward ensuring deadlines are met and regulations are followed. This role requires maturity responsibility and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance workflows and manage consultants
Track deliverables and project progress using internal systems
Ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory timelines and standards
Coordinate across departments to support integrated operations
Step in to troubleshoot or escalate as needed to ensure outcomes
Ideal Candidate
Background in compliance project management
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Can independently manage timelines vendors and expectations
Willingness to get hands-on and own responsibilities
Comfortable navigating regulated industries (finance or healthcare)
