Job Summary

Northwest Partners is looking for a Compliance Manager to support a manufacturing client with a strong focus on ISO and SOX compliance activities. This is a high-visibility customer-facing role responsible for managing IT control questionnaires coordinating customer audits and ensuring accurate representation of the company s control environment and risk posture. This position is ideal for a governance-focused compliance professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys driving audit readiness and assurance excellence.

What You Will Do

Own and coordinate responses to customer questionnaires related to IT controls governance BCP/DR and information protection

Serve as the central intake point for customer assurance requests managing scope SME engagement timelines and deliverables

Ensure responses are accurate consistent and aligned with approved policies and control narratives

Maintain and enhance a standardized response library and evidence repository

Act as primary liaison for customer audits involving IT BCP/DR and compliance scope

Coordinate audit planning logistics walkthrough preparation and evidence collection

Track audit findings remediation activities and drive issues to closure

Support enterprise IT compliance efforts aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 TISAX and SOX ITGC

Assist with control documentation readiness reviews and compliance tracking

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency in assurance activities

What You Will Bring

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience

5 8 years of experience in IT compliance IT risk audit coordination or customer assurance

Direct experience responding to customer questionnaires and supporting customer audits

Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 (or similar frameworks) SOX IT General Controls and BCP/DR fundamentals (RTO RPO testing)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience

Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT Cybersecurity Applications Audit Legal and Procurement

Organized detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assurance activities
