Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance efforts related to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and ensuring all communications-related legal and regulatory obligations are met.

Interpret and apply FCC regulations to internal processes and business activities.

Develop implement and maintain compliance programs and policies aligned with FCC standards. Conduct audits investigations and reviews to ensure adherence to applicable rules.

Collaborate with legal risk and operational teams to resolve regulatory issues and mitigate compliance risks.

Prepare regulatory filings reports and documentation required by the FCC.

Provide subject matter expertise and training on FCC compliance to relevant teams.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of FCC rules compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.

Experience in regulatory compliance audit or risk management.

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.

Proficiency in compliance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
