Czech Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

Job Overview

As a Czech Speaking Customer Experience Specialist you will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking customers ensuring an outstanding service experience across multiple communication channels. You will represent a global brand while delivering solutions with empathy accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media

  • Provide clear accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Maintain a customer-first mindset while meeting quality and performance targets

  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when required

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Czech language skills

  • Good command of English (B2)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
