Customer Advisor German Market Hybrid in Athens (Banking Sector)

Introduction

We are partnering with a major European financial institution to recruit dedicated and service-oriented Customer Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to support one of Germanys leading banks by assisting private and business clients with their banking inquiries. Based in Athens this role offers a hybrid work model and the chance for long-term career development in a secure and reputable global sector.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls from private and business clients providing clear and efficient support.
Identify and assess customer needs to deliver appropriate banking solutions.
Build trusted relationships with clients through professional and empathetic communication.
Provide accurate and complete information regarding banking products and services using internal tools.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process documentation.
Consistently meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs).
Comply with strict communication procedures security standards and bank policies.

Requirements

Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2).
Strong communication skills including active listening and the ability to adapt to different customer types.
Previous experience in customer support or client services is highly beneficial.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
Fast learner with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
A team player with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Athens Greece.
