About the position
For our international location in Greece we are looking for German-speaking customer advisors (m/f/d) who would like to become part of a dynamic and multicultural this role you will look after customers of a leading global company and actively contribute to a positive customer experience.
Your tasks
- Handling incoming customer inquiries by phone email and/or chat
- Competent advice and support for product and service enquiries
- Resolution of technical or administrative issues
- Documentation of customer contacts in the system
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Compliance with internal quality and service standards
Your profile
- Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2)
- Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Problem-solving skills and structured way of working
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and intercultural openness
- Initial experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
