About the Role
We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international team in this role you will support customers on behalf of a globally recognized company and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and/or chat
- Provide professional support regarding products and services
- Assist customers with technical or administrative issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company quality standards and service procedures
Your Profile
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (B1-B2 level)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills and structured working style
- Basic computer literacy
- Team player with intercultural awareness
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
