Responsibilities

Connect with existing clients (agencies and advertisers) via phone chat and email to support their marketing goals.
Manage a combination of inbound warm leads and proactive outbound outreach.
Identify specific sales opportunities and provide tailored advertising solutions to clients.
Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
Launch digital campaigns and monitor performance metrics to ensure measurable success.
Identify market trends and act proactively to enhance campaign performance and address challenges.
Provide premium customer service by promoting the effective use of innovative advertising products.
Direct clients to specialized support teams when technical expertise is required.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Italian and a strong command of English.
At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or a similar commercial environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
Solid business acumen and a goal-oriented target-driven mindset.
High interest in technology and the digital advertising landscape.
Ability to solve problems effectively and handle unique situations with confidence.
Quick learner with a strong teamwork spirit and flexibility in managing workloads.
