Summary of the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in this role you will identify key decision-makers within accounts and generate qualified opportunities through targeted outreach to outbound prospects fostering long-term relationships for business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
  • Update and manage all sales activities opportunities and account information in the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Identify influencers and key decision-makers within targeted accounts.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct outreach through various communication channels including calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.


Required Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling in the North American market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
