Influencer Marketing Manager

Pulse is expanding and we are looking for a Manager Influencer Marketing to support our UK team. If you are passionate about creator culture social-first brand building and leveraging AI to scale performance and creativity this role offers the ideal next step. Tasks

• Lead end-to-end influencer and social campaigns for our clients from creative ideation to execution and delivery
• Develop platform-native concepts for Instagram TikTok YouTube and emerging channels applying AI tools to enhance creator sourcing content strategy and workflow efficiency
• Serve as a key partner for clients and external stakeholders including ownership of event planning and on-site management
• Analyse performance data identify trends and deliver clear insight-driven reporting internally and externally
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve the strategic direction processes and innovation roadmap of the Influencer Marketing department

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience in social media including at least 12 years in influencer marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations
• Excellent project management capabilities paired with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude
• Team-oriented resilient and motivated by new challenges and opportunities
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and AI solutions that enhance creativity and operational efficiency
• French speaking is a plus
