We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with proven experience in AI-driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein Agentforce). The ideal candidate will design optimize and implement prompt strategies for generative AI models ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and delivering measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prompt Design & Optimization
Develop test and refine prompts for AI models to achieve accurate context-aware outputs.
Create reusable prompt libraries and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
Salesforce AI Integration
Leverage Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce for predictive analytics conversational AI and automation.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects to embed AI-driven workflows into CRM processes.
AI Enablement & Governance
Define best practices for prompt engineering across teams.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with developers architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on effective prompt engineering.

Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams mentor talent and resolve conflicts.
Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
