Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering workshop facilitation use case analysis business process analysis detailed design activities and developing technical analysis documentation. This role involves working with large complex information systems and application projects including upgrades consolidations enhancements and new implementations.

Location:Fredericton New Brunswick Canada
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Facilitating workshops to identify and articulate business and system requirements.
- Developing user stories or use cases.
- Producing business and system analysis documentation (e.g. business requirements functional specifications process diagrams requirements traceability SOPs test plans and test cases).
- Working with a high level of self-direction strong interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels.
- System integration data migration application configuration and report development.
- Gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- A bachelors level University degree in Computer Science Business Administration Healthcare or a similar discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
- 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst working with large complex information systems and/or Clinical Information System implementation projects.
- 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst working on projects such as Application Upgrades Application Consolidations Application Enhancements and new application implementations.
- A bachelors level University degree in Computer Science Business Administration Healthcare or a similar discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
- 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst working with large complex information systems and/or Clinical Information System implementation projects.
- 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst working on projects such as Application Upgrades Application Consolidations Application Enhancements and new application implementations.
