Synergie is seekingcasual Hospitality Staff/Kitchen Hand for Defence based sites at Edinburgh and Keswick SA.

Our Client is a leading global workplace experience and facility services provider delivering integrated solutions across sectors including defence government healthcare transport education and commercial property. With a strong focus on safety sustainability and service excellence they supportcomplex environments through facilities management maintenance and support services.

* Australian Citizenship is essential due to defence site requirements.

Pay Rate: $34/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation plating and service
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas equipment and dining spaces
• Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety hygiene and WHS procedures at all times
• Support catering services for daily meals and occasional functions
• Provide professional and courteous service to defence personnel and staff
• Comply with all site security protocols and access requirements

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality catering or kitchen environments
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a structured environment
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks

Mandatory Requirements

• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement due to the nature of the role and defence security obligations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with site-specific policies
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts including early mornings or weekends if required
