Your Position

As a general hand your day-to-day will include supporting operations through system monitoring housekeeping defect reporting andassistingthe maintenance team. Clear communication with colleagues and a commitment to safety will ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally.

This is a shift-based position on a 12-hour rotating roster (4 days on 4 days off) including days nights weekends and public holidays.Youllbe working in a temperature-controlled environment and collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced high-tech facility.

As part ofa highly motivatedservice team your day-to-day focus will include:

• Monitor Vanderlande equipment and SCADA alarms respond to operational calloutsassistwith system resets and escalate faults as needed.

• Assistwith troubleshooting crane issues liaise with maintenance teams and report equipment defects repetitive faults and recurring issues promptly.

• Support technicians and engineers with inspections servicing minor maintenance and tool/equipment delivery during breakdowns.

• Maintain workshop areas manage tooling carry out housekeeping tasks and perform manual handling duties safely (including working at heights).

• Perform low-risk maintenance such as pneumatic leak repairs filter/drive roller/sensor replacements and ensure issuesare resolvedeffectively with the team and customer.

• Maintain a clean obstacle-free workspace take care of company tools/equipment and report any damage loss or misuse promptly.

• Strongorganisationalskillswithexposuretoprocessimprovementinitiatives

• Proficientcomputer skillsincludingbasicknowledgeof Microsoft Office

• Mechanicaland/orelectricalaptitude

• Comfortable working in cold environments (0C) with PPE provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong commitment to safety reliability and continuous improvement

• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4-on / 4-off roster
