About the role

Calvary Adelaide Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital located in the Adelaide CBD. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Services Manager to provide effective leadership across catering and cleaning services ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery in line with Calvarys mission and values.

This is a full-time leadership position responsible for managing hospitality operations across a large acute hospital environment including food services cleaning standards and contracted services. You will work closely with executive leaders clinical teams and external providers to ensure safe efficient and patient-centred service delivery with a strong focus on food safety infection control and quality assurance.

Your main duties will include:

  • Lead and manage catering and cleaning services to meet quality safety and accreditation standards
  • Oversee food safety HACCP compliance infection control and hospitality quality systems
  • Manage people rosters budgets and supplier relationships to deliver efficient services

About you

  • Relevant qualification in hospitality or related discipline
  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or service environment
  • Experience in health hotel or complex service settings
  • Strong knowledge of food safety WHS and infection control principles
  • Effective communication problem-solving and people leadership skills
