Job Summary

- Full-time permanent position competitive salary
- 7 nights on 7 days on & 14 days off roster
- Camp with ensuite rooms sports courts and an equipped gym

THE ROLE
- Operation of all processing plant equipment relating to: Milling CIL Crushing Gravity & the Elution circuit as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities
- Operate the forklift EWP and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner
- Operate process control systems using CITECT
- Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
- Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant
- Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work environment
- Liaising with Contractors and Stakeholders as required
WHAT DO I NEED
- Current C Class Manual Western Australian drivers licence
- 5 years experience working within a gold processing plant
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand role (desired)
- Experience with Sag/Ball Mill Operations
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable)
- Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
- Gas Testing Ticket (desirable)
- Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Proficient Microsoft office skills
- A can-do team-oriented attitude
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
- Reasonable computer skills & literacy particularly across the MS Office suite
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
- A can-do team-oriented attitude
