This role combines technical expertise with project management discipline to deliver mission-critical solutions in dynamic environments. The place of performance for this position is in Stennis Space Center MS or Camp Springs Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the planning execution and delivery of emerging technology projects within TOC environments. Key responsibilities include:Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets for complex technical initiativesLead project teams through the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deploymentCoordinate with military stakeholders technical SMEs and development teamsManage project risks issues and changes while ensuring alignment with program objectivesCreate and maintain project documentation including status reports metrics and deliverablesFacilitate technical and project meetings with stakeholders at various levelsEnsure compliance with security requirements and technical standardsMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions as neededMentor team members and promote best practices in project managementEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field10 years of IT Experience5 years IT Project Management ExperienceAbility to obtain a Public TrustPMP certification requiredAgile certification preferredRequired Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environmentsExcellence in stakeholder management and communicationProficiency in MS Project JIRA and project management toolsUnderstanding of cybersecurity requirements and controlsStrong technical background with ability to communicate with development teamsRisk management and mitigation expertiseTeam leadership and personnel management skillsDesired Skills and Competencies:ITIL certificationExperience with DevSecOps practicesKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure)Familiarity with DOD technical standardsCertification in at least one of the following: CCNP CCIE MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalentKnowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML IoTOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
