In this opportunity as Manager Talent AcquisitionOperations and Innovation your key responsibilities will be:
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Manage and develop a global team of TA Coordinators ensuring high-quality interview scheduling and pre-employment verification processes.
Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture that prioritizes candidate and hiring manager experience.
Process Enablement & Continuous Improvement:
Standardize andoptimizeworkflows for efficiency and compliance across regions.
Identifyopportunities forprocess improvementsusing AI and automationto reduce time-to-fill and enhance service delivery.
Change Management & Technology Projects:
Collaborate on deployment ofnext generationrecruiting platforms digital/AI tools and Workday solutions tooptimizethe full talent acquisition lifecycle.
Supportadoptionof new& existingTA technologies and processes through training communication and stakeholder engagement.
Data Insights & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key operational metrics (e.g. scheduling accuracy turnaround times).
Provide insights to inform decision-making and improve TA operations.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Act as a liaison between TATeamand HR partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of processes.
About You
Yourea fit for the role ofManager Talent Acquisition Operations and Innovationif you have the following required qualifications:
Bachelors degreeorequivalent experience
5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Talent AcquisitionOperationsor HR Systems.
Strong understanding of recruiting workflows compliance requirements and globaloperating models.
Experience with Workday andstrong working knowledgewith TA technology platforms.
Demonstrated ability toidentifyprocess pain points translate business needs into detailed requirements and collaborate withdigitalteams to design and implement enhancements thatoptimizeTA workflows.
Skilled in partnering with Talent Acquisition Legal Compliance HRSystemsand other key stakeholdersto align processes with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizationalandcommunication skills.
Ability to manage change and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Additionalpreferred qualifications include:
Demonstrated experience in leading teams mentoring or delivering training programs to a team
Strong understanding of global background screening regulations data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR) and employment compliance standards across multiple regions.
Proven ability toestablishand enforce global standards forassessmenttools and processes while managing workflows to ensure fairness compliance and a positive candidate experience.
Experience in managing vendor relationships including performance monitoring and contract compliance.
Skilled in operationalizing global sourcing strategies leveragingnext-generationrecruiting platforms and technologies.
