Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Paralegal Manager position for a well-established investment firm. The team is seeking a candidate who is eager to take ownership of complex legal operations while partnering closely with senior leadership on both deal-side and corporate legal matters. This individual will play a key role in managing contract strategy supporting transactions and overseeing corporate legal affairs across the firm. The team is collaborative thoughtful and highly engaged.

This is a wonderful cross-functional position that supports internal & external counsel deal professionals procurement finance compliance and senior leadership. The position interacts with multiple groups across the investment firm and will have visibility into both transactional activity and broader corporate initiatives. The team is very caring and values long-term fit. The group regularly has team building outings and lunches with leadership.
