In this role you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our staff troubleshooting hardware and software problems and assisting with the implementation of IT solutions. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone email or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment
- Maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures and guidelines
- Support the installation of new software and hardware
- Monitor and manage IT inventory and asset tracking
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless technologies is a plus
