The IT System Administrator I
Performs administration and maintenance of assigned infrastructure systems and platforms.
Executes system updates patching access management and configuration changes.
Monitors system performance and assists in troubleshooting operational issues.
Supports implementation of upgrades enhancements and deployment activities.
Documents system configurations processes and procedures.
Participates in incident response and root cause analysis activities.
Collaborates with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise initiatives.
Participates in after-hours support rotation as required.
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: None.
Licensure/Certification: None.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
