Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient online support to customers regarding insurance products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with navigating the online platform and resolving technical issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and report any trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Experience working in an online help desk or technical support environment preferred
