Job Summary

Job Description: Online Help Desk Agent at TMN Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient online support to customers regarding insurance products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with navigating the online platform and resolving technical issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and report any trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Experience working in an online help desk or technical support environment preferred
