We are expanding our international presence and are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business in both B2B and B2C segments with a primary focus on the US market. This is a quota-carrying senior sales role with strong performance-based incentives and commissions.
Role Overview
The Senior SDR will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities including hunting pitching negotiating and closing deals with US and international clients across B2B and B2C segments.
You will be expected to bring in new clients build long-term relationships and generate consistent revenue while representing Applivitys services to enterprise companies startups and direct consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle (prospecting closing deals) across B2B and B2C clients in US & international markets.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to win new clients.
- Pitch and sell Applivitys services and solutions to enterprises SMBs and individual clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Reach out to and engage decision-makers executives and direct clients in the US and global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive recurring business.
- Represent Applivity in client calls demos negotiations and contract closures.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Research and identify new opportunities across B2B & B2C in the US and other international markets.
- Understand and adapt to US buying behavior cultural nuances and sales processes.
- Contribute to market-entry strategies for expanding Applivitys global footprint.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery.
- Maintain all activities opportunities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Report directly to senior management on pipeline status revenue forecasts and results.
