Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development and maintenance of material plans ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials components and finished goods identifying and resolving potential shortages or excesses.
* Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery tracking orders and expediting when necessary.
* Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to address material-related issues and implement effective solutions.
* Support the implementation and improvement of material management processes and systems.
* Participate in root cause analysis for material discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain accurate material-related documentation and reports.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies procedures and regulatory requirements particularly in a medical device manufacturing context.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in material planning supply chain or manufacturing operations preferably within a regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of inventory management principles and material flow.
* Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
* Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are required.
