Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
Well handle the Work for Sample Control Team (Create orders Take sample photos Sample Login AIMS Operation Warehouse Filing Scrapping Samples)
掌握样品管理员工作 开单拍照进单AIMS系统操作样品入库报告文件夹入库样品处理等
Well handle the work for Report Team (Create Report Template Adding sample photos Combine the data and pass to the different auditors to sign Sending reports and invoices by AIMS Make the record for daily report issued status)
掌握报告专员工作创建报告模板加入图片整合原始数据交由不同审核人签字报告发票发送记录每天报告出具情况
Finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and in a good way
按时且能很好完成经理/负责人安排的其他工作
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
College degree or above in any discipline
大专及以上专业不限
New graduate is acceptable
接受应届毕业生
Basic English command of reading and writing
具有基础的英文读写能力
Good communication skills and language competence
具有良好的沟通和语言表达能力
Self-initiated independent and a good team player.
主动独立有良好的团队合作精神
