Job Summary

Production Support Lead

Toronto - Hybrid

Salary: 90K to 100K

Role Descriptions:

Must Have Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate

2 years of support lead experience including

O incident triaging

o Major incident management and communication

o Incident Management and problem management

o Change Management and house keeping

Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture certificate and password management and maintaining webservices

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

ITIL certification mandatory

5 years experience in the Stack app support and SQL

Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL Experience with Dynatrace ELK and PagerDuty
