Job Summary:
The IAM Lead is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for a major Clinical Information System (CIS) within an acute care or hospital environment. This role involves defining configuring and governing roles and access for physicians and clinical users as well as coordinating IAM-related work for a large Healthcare organization. The IAM Lead will work with clinicians informatics teams and operational staff to understand workflows and identify access identity or authentication needs.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for a major Clinical Information System (CIS).
- Defining configuring and governing roles and access for physicians and clinical users.
- Leading or coordinating IAM-related work for a large Healthcare organization including assessment of current-state IAM capabilities identification of gaps and planning activities to support major system implementations.
- Leading project teams or workstreams with accountability for timelines deliverables staffing risk management and status reporting.
- Working directly with enterprise IAM or IGA specialists to align project needs with existing organizational IAM capabilities and processes.
- Working directly with clinicians clinical informatics teams and operational staff to understand workflows and identify access identity or authentication needs.
- Supporting or coordinating the integration of clinical or enterprise systems with IAM/IGA components.
- Developing implementing or coordinating IAM governance or operational processes.
- Leading workshops facilitating decisions and presenting complex IAM or access-related topics to stakeholders at multiple levels.
